High School STOMP

High School STOMP is a derivative STEM outreach program designed to supply high school students with an opportunity to flex their STEM knowledge. Through collaboration with a high school and it's subsidiary local middle and elementary schools, high school students assist K-8 students and teachers alike to learn STEM concepts.

K-8 teachers are awarded knowledgeable assistants, while the HS-STOMP fellows are given a unique teaching opportunity to develop communication skills and a sense of citizenship within their community.

Currently, there is only one HS-STOMP program, which has been in commission for 3 years as an extracurricular activity, incorporated part of a physics class, and a separate class.
