Classroom Teacher Comment

“I think the students really enjoyed the final project of designing their own toy. As an educator, I appreciated having the students draw their designs first and then attempt to build it. Amy acted as a resource for the students to get all their materials while Casey made sure the students began on task. Both Tufts students were attentive, inquisitive and gently guided my students throughout the lesson. This truly has been a positive experience adding a welcome dimension in our curriculum. My students are disappointed that we don’t have STOMP throughout the school year. In fact, on the day that we have STOMP, I always have perfect attendance. I hope to have STOMP as a part of my classroom next semester too.”
