| Lesson 3: Ramps |

For lesson 3, we started by discussing ramps with the class. They were excited to talk about ramps they see in everyday life. Then, we talked about what constituted a ramp (a downward slope) and whether a steeper slope would make a car go farther than a less steep slope. Then, the group split into pairs and built ramps out of legos. Then we tested the same ramp roller on all the ramps and discussed which ramp made the ramp roller go the farthest and why. |
