This week we had the students attach light sensors to their cars and program them to reverse out of a tunnel when it got dark. We started the lesson by having the class program 'Robot Allie' to draw, which was both fun and effective. We then used a projector and a laptop to explain the basics of NXT programming. Finally, we had the students put their cars back together and program their cars. The activity went well, even though some groups didn't manage to get a program that worked perfectly.
