| Week 5: Maze |
|
This week we had students attach two touch sensors to their cars and program the cars so they could be steered through a maze. Only one group got the program right at first, because the others used the wrong block for the touch sensor. However, the students all managed to get the program right by the end of class, and could navigate through any maze we set up. They seemed to have a very good understanding of the lesson concepts, and I would say this was our most effective activity of the semester so far. The students had fun, the activity was an appropriate length, and each group learned a lot from the lesson. |
